Our Vision

We strive to become a leader in senior care

Sakura Community Service was founded in 2002 with the intention to create a community where all generations can communicate with each other.

Through our activities:

In order to actualize these goals, we have overcome many challenges. Sakura Community Service tackles the problems with three ideas in mind:supporting elderly, caregiver training and employment support. Our company quickly responds to social changes and needs, and quickly evaluates situation of medical and senior care workers.

We appreciate everyone who keeps close relationship with us and we’re looking forward to maintain this connection in the future.

Japan is now facing the huge aging population issue that no other nation ever had in history. Therefore, senior care industry will undergo dramatic changes in the near future. Our vision is to renovate senior care with ideas based on Japanese traditions, such as “hospitality, affection, and kindness” and make it a global standard.

In the past, Japan has once led the economic growth of other Asian countries, and now we can be the pioneer and the global leader of the world’s senior care market. We believe it is possible to resolve many social problems through great senior care system that emphasizes wellbeing.

Entrusting future to our children

Through our business Sakura Community Service will continue to uphold important values in life. We appreciate every individual because everyone has only one irreplaceable life.

We strive to be a company valued by society, and with the spirit of “gratitude, support and contribution” we will do our best to build the good life and community not only for elderly, but for our future children as well.
