Hideaki Nakamoto

As a pioneer in advanced welfare countries (Japan)

We founded our company in 2002 with the desire to “recreate a community that transcends generations and is a heartwarming place to live.”

Through our activities, we

  • Establishing local bases to support the current generation of senior citizens, and establishing human resource development and management systems.
  • Provide support for the senior generation and contribute to reducing the burden of employment.
  • To build a social system that fosters qualities such as integrity, honesty, and frankness in order to support the children of tomorrow.

In order to realize these ideas, we will repeatedly take on challenges. Secondly, without avoiding real problems, we have been growing up while giving thanks for life, pursuing true happiness, and genuinely providing help for each person's life.

At present, we are focusing on the three pillars of our business: "support for the elderly", "human resources development for caregivers", and "employment support". Global Human Asset Support" and "IT Solution Development", we are developing new businesses. We will solve problems by grasping the rapidly changing social environment, the demands of the times, and the medical and nursing care situation. We will continue to make efforts, and we will not forget to thank all those who support our business.

KAIGO’s Next Challenge

apan is now facing an ultra-aged society unprecedented in human history, and its trends are attracting worldwide attention. We will improve the existing welfare model based on Japanese tradition and culture and the spirit of "sincerity, love, and care" that Japan has carefully cultivated. We believe that in the near future, we will pass on the new model from Japan to the world and bring about a dramatic change in the industry.

"The pioneer of the most advanced welfare country, leading the world standard" Asian economies have achieved tremendous growth under the leadership of Japan. Likewise, we believe that the well-being model will spread from Japan to all Asian countries and the world. We firmly believe that all social problems can be solved through well-being with life as the theme.

Moreover, it is expected that the cost of social security in Japan will exceed 250 trillion yen by 2050. Under such circumstances, it will be difficult to sustain Japan as a sustainable development country in the future. The current nursing care insurance system will also be difficult to function.
Therefore, we are exploring a new KAIGO using the KAIGO (human resources) x technology, with the goal of "creating a brighter society through physical and mental health," and with the beliefs of "thank you" and "service" for the sake of irreplaceable children and the development of Japanese society. We will meet the challenges of building an advanced welfare nation with the belief of "service".
